I am both psyched and nervous, calm and anxious, confident and hopeful.  My boys have worked hard and I have some that I expect a great tournament out of.

In the spirit of the great sport of amateur wrestling I have decided to make every quote of the day this week be by Dan Gable, one of the two greatest wrestlers who ever participated in the organized version of the sport.
